unofficial invoices or payment instructions.<\/li><\/ul><p>All legitimate payments must be supported by formal documentation and made only through an officially confirmed appropriate controls;<\/li><li>Retained only as required;<\/li><li>Shared only for explained and lawful purposes;<\/li><li>Corrected where inaccurate;<\/li><li>Managed in accordance with the applicable privacy notice.<\/li><\/ul><p>A participant\u2019s information should not be shared with a buyer, capital provider, partner or service provider beyond the permitted purpose without an appropriate legal basis or authorisation.<\/p><p>Participants should not submit BVNs, bank passwords, payment credentials, full member registers, medical records or other highly sensitive information through general public forms.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7e10366 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"7e10366\" commissions or conflicts;<\/li><li>Bribery, coercion or improper influence;<\/li><li>Misuse of participant or member information;<\/li><li>Harassment, discrimination or exploitative conduct;<\/li><li>Circumvention of solution safeguards.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-64bdf4d e-con-full e-flex e-con
