The Cooperative Profile is the entry point for registered cooperative societies seeking to participate in NCDFCOOP.

It helps NCDFCOOP understand the society’s legal identity, governance, membership, economic activities, products, services, market position and support requirements.

A properly structured profile can support assessment for cooperative development, technical assistance, market access, digital trade, member-value solutions and eligible finance or investment-readiness pathways.

Solution onboarding is not statutory cooperative registration and does not replace registration with the appropriate government authority.

Who can submit?

The pathway is open to eligible:

  • Agricultural and farmer cooperatives;
  • Multipurpose cooperative societies;
  • Staff and professional cooperatives;
  • Market and trader cooperatives;
  • Women and youth cooperatives;
  • Housing cooperatives;
  • Community and faith-based cooperatives;
  • Producer and commodity groups;
  • Cooperative unions and federations;
  • Cooperative-owned enterprises.

The form should be completed by an authorised cooperative officer or representative.

What to prepare

Before submitting, the cooperative should prepare:

  • Registration certificate;
  • Constitution or bye-laws;
  • Current executive or management committee list;
  • Membership summary;
  • Authorisation or resolution to participate;
  • Product, service or enterprise information;
  • Basic financial or operating information;
  • Current market and support priorities.

Do not upload complete member registers, members’ identity documents or individual bank details through the initial public form.
