Are you passionate about contributing to a better future for Nigeria and the world? If so, we are looking for you! Take a look at how our selection process works before submitting your application.
We are an equal opportunities employer, dedicated to the belief that diversity enhances both our people and our business. We encourage all suitably qualified and eligible candidates to apply, regardless of their background. Our strong, robust, meritocratic process ensures fairness and equal opportunities for all applicants.
Read the job description carefully and start preparing your application. Please note that we only accept applications and CVs in English. If you require any reasonable adjustments at the application stage or later in the recruitment process, please send an e-mail to [email protected]
Once the application deadline has passed, our recruiters and hiring manager/panel members review the applications and select a “shortlist” of applicants to undergo further screening. For most vacancies, there will be a pre-recorded video/digital interview or a phone interview. This is an opportunity to present yourself and demonstrate your suitability for the role.
For some roles, we might also ask you to complete a technical test for a more in-depth assessment of your competency and/or knowledge of certain job-related tasks. If you are successful in the previous stages, we will invite you to complete a comprehensive external assessment centre designed to evaluate your managerial and behavioural competencies.
To apply for an internship position, please view our current vacancies and respond to one of the internship opportunities by submitting your application online. We only accept applications in response to an advertised opportunity – we cannot consider spontaneous applications.
We also offer a limited number of internships to university students and recent graduates in Nigeria who wish to acquire an understanding of our work or gain experience in their field of studies. Internships normally last between three and five months and provide valuable insights and practical knowledge.

If you are successful in the previous stages, we will invite you for an interview programme. Interviews will normally take place face-to-face or by video conference. We use online reasoning and personality tests, which provide us with insights into your working preferences and reasoning processes. The results are valid for one year and are considered during the selection process.
