Submit Land Documents & Building Plan

Upload your land title, survey plan, and building drawings (if available).  NCDF will review and verify your title and land status.

Receive Your Project Proposal & Costing

We prepare a detailed Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and issue a personalised development plan.

Enter the NCDF Managed Construction Process

Your project is formally onboarded. NCDF assigns a verified building contractor, oversees site preparation, and commences with milestone-based development.
