NCDF Securities Limited supports the capital-markets and transaction-readiness dimension of the ecosystem. Its role includes transaction-facing preparation, structuring support, documentation readiness, capital-market positioning and regulated-channel coordination where applicable.

The entity supports the Group's ability to prepare opportunities for appropriate capital engagement while maintaining a clear distinction between general ecosystem communication and regulated investment activity.

Where securities, investment placement, brokerage, advisory or regulated capital-market activities are involved, such activities must be handled through the appropriate authorised, licensed or legally compliant channels.

Its role is to help translate strategy into implementation by supporting commercial planning, operating coordination, procurement support, partnership execution, project administration and platform-level delivery alignment.

NCDF Impact Knowledge Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of NCDF Holdings Limited and operates publicly through NCDF Knowledge Institute, the knowledge, learning, media, intelligence and human-capital platform of NCDF Group.
