  • Through our education SPV BrightNation Education Development Limited, NCDF is rolling out over 5,000 green, tech-enabled schools and vocational centres, redefining learning with digital classrooms, inclusive access, and skills development. Affordable Housing Development

  • The Diaspora Affordable Housing Programme delivers 10,000 affordable, modern homes across 20 states, designed for quality living, community infrastructure, and secure ownership pathways. These gated estates generate jobs, stimulate local economies, and welcome diaspora co-investment.

Clean and Inclusive Energy Access

  • NCDF is investing in 100MW of off-grid and mini-grid solar energy projects, providing clean, reliable electricity to over 250,000 households. Energy access boosts rural productivity, supports small businesses, and advances environmental goals.

LifeCare Nigeria – Healthcare Infrastructure & Hospital Operations

  • Through LifeCare Nigeria, NCDF is investing in the construction, rehabilitation, and operations management of hospitals, clinics, and health centres. Our integrated model improves service quality, expands capacity, and addresses critical health gaps — especially in underserved regions.

Innovation, Startups & Youth Enterprise

  • The ₦150 Billion NCDF Opportunity Growth Fund (NOGF) backs 1,000 high-potential startups and SMEs in key sectors such as fintech, agritech, healthtech, and climate tech. Through capacity building, mentorship, and capital, we’re launching Nigeria’s next generation of entrepreneurs.

Agro-Industrial Development & Export Value Chains

  • Via AFRIGO Export Processing & Packaging Park, NCDF is unlocking value in agriculture through agro-processing zones, cold storage, and export-ready infrastructure. Farmers and agri-entrepreneurs are gaining market access, increasing earnings, and reducing post-harvest losses.
