The ultimate responsibility for evaluating and selecting investments lies with the NCDF Green Solutions Bond, with oversight provided by the Green Bond Working Committee. The net proceeds from the bond issuance are allocated to eligible green investments, and reporting on the allocation of proceeds and their environmental impact is provided annually via a Green Bond Report until the maturity of the bond.
