Introduction

The NCDF comprises of Nigerian Capital Development, NCDF Plc and NCDF Investment Management Limited (hereinafter referred to as "NCDF”) is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all business dealings and relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere within its own business or in any of its supply chains. This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps NCDF has taken during the financial year to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our business or supply chain.

Our business

NCDF is a development and investment institution dedicated to fostering sustainable economic growth and development in Nigeria. We recognise the importance of respecting human rights, including the prohibition of modern slavery and human trafficking, and we are committed to ensuring that our business and supply chains are free from such practices.

Our policies

NCDF has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and is committed to acting transparently and with integrity in all our business activities. We have implemented policies and procedures to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in any part of our business or supply chains. This includes conducting due diligence on our suppliers and business partners to assess and address any potential risks of modern slavery.
