All applicants must provide
CAC Registration Certificate or Business Name Registration
Articles and Memorandum of Association, Form CAC07 and Form CAC02
Companies Income Tax Clearance Certificate
Personal Income Tax Clearance Certificates (past 3 years)
VAT Registration Certificate and proof of remittances
Company Profile and resumes of key staff with professional certificates
Evidence of past projects (e.g., award letters, completion certificates, MOUs)
Evidence of financial capability (e.g., bank references)
Designated liaison contact (email and phone)
Company’s 3-year financial summary and audited accounts
Registration Process
Visit www.ncdfgroup.com and click “Become a Contractor” at the bottom of the homepage.
Complete and submit the Intent to Register form.
NCDF will conduct a brief review and notify you if eligible to proceed.
Pay a ₦500,000 one-time, non-refundable registration fee.
Receive a secure link to complete your full application and upload all required documents.
Undergo comprehensive due diligence by NCDF.
Receive final approval or rejection based on due diligence outcome
Note
All applicants are required to pay a one-time non-refundable registration fee of ₦500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Naira only) to cover administrative processing and vetting. Each applicant will undergo a comprehensive due diligence process before being accepted as a registered NCDF contractor. This process includes verification of legal documents, financial health, past performance, regulatory compliance, and technical capacity. NCDF reserves the right to reject any application. The registration fee will not be refunded.
